Join Dr. Susan Taylor in class to practice techniques where we gain awareness of the whole body to bring rest and restore our natural way of being. Classes start with a 20-25 minute talk followed by 25 minutes of practice.Classes meet Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:30 EDT
